Best post office I've ever been to. Smiles all round, helpful, patient and kind with the elderly and young alike. Just a breath of fresh air to deal with Mel, Alaska, Bev, Jenny and all of the staff who are incredibly personable and nice.

Absolutely amazing service from the mother daughter team. I’m a weekend customer who travels from varsity to pay my bills and honestly would never go anywhere else! These girls are not only helpful but dedicated to going out of there way for their customers and always try and find the best value when sending parcels. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a good post office with good staff who are open 7 days a week.

This post office is the best in my life.There were no bigger boxes, but two brilliant women was really friendly and kind to help us. They made us happy.You can receive great warm service here but, If you need the biggest box, I recommend you to prepare yourself or go to another one.

Great post office with easy parking close to the door. We have been using them to send local and international packages for a couple of years or so now. I have always received exceptional efficient service with a smile. All the staff have provided professional service with Mel and Alaska standing out to cooperate with our particular packaging requirements.

Best post office never found one that’s open 7 days a week with staff that actually go out of there way for you. I go in usually on the weekends because I don’t get time during the week and they are just amazing!! They will do lotto and give you the best price to send parcels. Could not recommend enough they are brilliant.

Mel and Alaska are awesome, great service and support. Best PO I have been to in Australia. Strongly suggest going there for your postal needs and they are also open on weekends :)

The ladies at the Chevron Island post office are always extremely helpful and professional. As opposed to other Post offices nearby, it is a pleasure to come here and being served by the staff here.I would venture to say that this is the best post office in central Gold Coast (maybe the whole of Gold Coast).

Alaska and Mel provided what in my experience was easily the best customer service I've had at a post office. They went above and beyond to help me pack an item for sending. The weekend opening hours are great too.
