Often terrible coffee. Either burning hot with barely any milk or totally watered down. Despite convenience, I think today was the final straw and I won’t come back.Normally I will try to also say something nice which for this particular outlet is difficult. The toasties have been good at times.

What an absolute joke... every single time we go to McDonald's at the homemaker centre it's like a game of Russian roulette... you wonder what you going to get. I am beyond furious and beyond fuming about this place atm the fact that nearly every time our order is messed up... yes we check our order but it is now getting to the point where you need to pull your whole dinner apart just to check you have what you need. We love coming to the restaurant as it's my niece that is a huge fan but unfortunately she is also rethinking her choice in food. When you live 20 min out of town it makes it hard to replace a meal on a 40min round trip because one person's meal is wrong. Pick you game up McDonald's I understand the limited staff but I work in hospitality I can manage to give the customer their order under pressure and get it right. Boycotting till I've heard you've lifted your game

The store manager was really friendly, as I was struggling to get the receipt.Ordered via App to dine in and it was amazingly quick.

My med cheese burger meal was not given to me and all I did was go back and explain and was given whole new meal hot and fresh no questions asked. Much appreciated
