I found Knitting Co. on eBay and has been a repeat customer since. They stock a good range of fabric dye that I was after and always have them stocked at good price for me to come back for. Shipping is fast and well tracked so I'm a very happy repeat customer.

Awful experience, unfortunately. I was notified that my online order had shipped, however I never got a tracking number and it never arrived. I emailed several times and received no response, and also attempted to call several times and left voicemails. Never heard back, never received the item and I had to do a PayPal charge back to get my money back

Love the help and service. Deliveries are always within a couple of days of ordering products and if the product you want is not in stock they will let you know as soon as it arrives.

I ordered a 120-box set of Derwent Artists' coloured pencils from Knitting Co. after dealing with another seller who was out of stock and I can say that I couldn't be more pleased.I want to praise their communications and customer service, as I was given regular updates on the progress of my delivery.Upon receiving it, it was carefully packaged and in pristine and beautiful condition.Their communication was exceptional as upon checking the contents, I found that certain colours had been duplicated and certain colours were missing.Their customer service was great as, I called on the Thursday before Easter to explain the situation, and left a message post-closing time. No more than two minutes later, a lady named Finch returned my call and explained that it had been a previous incident with the packaging factory.She went to check stock and quickly called me back to inform me that they had my missing colours in stock, and that she would send them to me, free of charge, with a return envelope for the duplicates.This has also been communicated promptly, as I have now received the missing colours, just after Easter.Overall, a happy customer and a gift that was worth the money.Thank you.

Returning customer. Items are always posted quickly and are just as described. Very happy with every transaction and everything purchased. I read a review that suggested discounts were offered for a favourable review, and not to trust reviews. Well, I never got a card offering a discount, so maybe I should take a star off for that! Seriously, no one offered me anything, I’m just appreciative of good service.

Wonderful company, great prices and quick delivery. It’s really hard to find the quarter sized clover crochet hooks in a bricks and mortar shop - so I am extremely pleased with this order and will be back again! Thank you!

I have ordered from KNITTING CO a few times now. The orders are always correct and arrive quickly. They are my “go to” for all things crochet as they stock a great range at great prices.

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Their website advised that for the particular item I ordered, pre-order" ships in 7 days. I "pre-ordered" my item (valued at AUD$255) on 23 March and received it on 19 April. I chased up at least 4 times via emails

Have bought a couple of items recently and I'm very happy with the products, the service and the delivery will definitely buy from again

I received a damaged item 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a reply from them after sending an email, text and a 'contact us' on their website. Disappointing.
