Don’t let these guys tow your car after a accident, charged us $2588 to get our car out and made our tow truck driver wait hours to get it out, we had to pay him more for the job absolutely a joke

Had our car towed by Mick after a collision. Awful, judgemental and unprofessional service. Never gets back to you and you have to keep calling and calling again. Gave us all the wrong information to pass to our insurance so we were all running around. Wouldn't trust or recommend at all.

I have had two of my Cars repaired by Action Motor Industries. Fantastic and professional job. The work was done with the respect that every car should get, not like cheap centres who over quote and do a dodgy job full of shortcuts. Marcus is very honest and explains everything in great detail. Loan car was provided during the 3 day repair on the car, which came out looking showroom after the repairs. Will definitely be using AMI in the future should I need assistance.

My VW got damaged in an accident and was looked after by the team at Action Towing. From start to finish John had assisted me greatly throughout the entire process of dealing with the party at faults insurance. He was extremely informative, professional, and an absolute legend that went out of his way to ensure I got reimbursed fairly. He provided me his personal number and was always available for any query. The insurer quoted me $200 for salvage fees, but John went the extra mile and instead I was able to get $700. Highly, highly recommend John and the whole team. Thanks so much guys!

This is probably one of the worst business’ I have ever come across.If your car is in this repair shop I would get it removed ASAP.I was involved in a collision in October 2022, after being told my car would be ready in December, sounds reasonable. By December due to “delay on parts”.In February I was told the parts are in storage and are 2 weeks away.This was on going for weeks, constantly getting lied to by John who at the beginning I felt a bit sorry for as you can’t help delay on parts but turns out he didn’t order the parts until February, 5 months after the initial accident!!One of John’s famous quotes over the past 7 months has been “mate I’ve had a car in here for 12 months”No wonder when he doesn’t order the parts.7 months of constant battling, countless hours lost dealing with this incompetent company and the insurance company (who claim to of not come across anyone like this before)I am now on removing my car and sending it to a real repair shop who will order the parts and actually do the work.
