Vina Minibus Service

To date the best mini bus service we have used, the lady who took the booking was super helpful. The bus driver Lee was extremely paitent and understanding, thank you for great service it helped with making our night run smoothly.

I'm comparison to other airport transfer services that I have used, Vina is by far the best and the most affordable that I have found. They maybe a little hard to communicate with over the phone but they do provide great phone service.They also have nice and clean vans, courteous drivers that actually makes conversations with you.I will definitely use Vina as my preferred airport transfer service in my future travels.

Highly recommend!!! I have been using VinaBus service for many years whether it be a trip to airport or a festival. Friendly drivers and awesome owners. Very reliable service and price cheaper than most.

We ordered the VIP return trip. Driver was not on time but actually about 15mins early which I like. Much better than being late. Driver was courteous and helpful.On our return trip we got delayed for 1.5hrs in Doha. I emailed Vina since the time difference meant calling was not an option. I was worried that my email might not be read and that we'd miss our ride and need to get a taxi back home but that wasn't the case. Upon touchdown I received a SMS saying to call the driver. I did so and he patiently waited all up almost 1hr due to time to get out of the plane plus long time to get our bags. I called 2 times apologising for the delay and not once did Ken (driver) get angry or upset about the situation.Thanks again for the great service, Vina and Ken! I will be using your company againPS: I had initially called Hoang Do for our trip. Had to call twice, first time no confirmation message after almost 2 weeks. After 2nd call I received the confirmation message fairly late that night. By that stage I'd already booked Vina. Glad I did!

Completely rude service!! Tells us there’s a bus available, asks us to send details and then messages us saying there’s none available. Get a load of yourself! So rude to us over the phone and does not answer messages.

Worse bus hire service i have ever encountered. We were stuck in heavy traffic and suggested the driver to take another route as per google maps. The driver had the nerve to tell us we don't know what we are talking about as he has been driving before we were even born. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would.

Left 3 messages and no one bothers to call you back .They het your details then say theyll call you back with a quote ??? Even after I told them i already had been quoted ?? Still no returned call
