Shine Flat Pack Kitchens Shine Bathroom

Bought a flat pack kitchen from Shine. None of the cabinets came with assembly instructions including the 3 draw unit which we had to reassemble after finding screw holes didn't line up. Also there was no mention that their were no facia boards in the oven pack. Some of the dowel holes were drilled too deep and I managed to push a dowel through the laminate surface merely by pushing it into the hole. Basic square box cabinet assembly was easy. Be careful with the oven cabinet as it will not accept a 600 oven ( depth) and you may have to modify to suit. Be aware that they may have multiple suppliers as we found different feet and legs according to the cabinet we purchased. There was no mention of left and right corner unit and they come as a standard right. Again I had to modify the cabinet. Legs won't drop below 140 mm so you may need to make adjustments if you have a uneven floor. Legs cannot be cut down to fit. Different cabinet msnufacturers ( i assume ) came with different hinges. One style was not adjustable in the horizontal plane. The other style hinge had not been QA'd and the soft metal used in construction gave way under hand held torque and burred thev phillips head slot. You may have to re slot the head to accept a flat screwdriver. The cams for horizontal movement on the second hinge model had not been run in, which i think was half the problem with the phillips head slit burring. Initial customer service was ok but when my wife tried to provide feedback for future customer service, she was told she was rude. 3 stars given as this us a mediocre product that could do with improvement and I couldn't give half a star in the review.

I have purchased from Kathy twice.Both times the kitchens have been great.Excellent quality and they went together easily.The shaker style is fantastic.Highly recommend this buisiness.
