What an amazing little confectionery heaven. Not only selling to cafes and coffee ahops but also direct to the public. With its easily located wholesale kitchen just off French Road l. The staff are super friendly and highly accomodating to ones needs. The best part is the having the privilege to eat these delicious treats. I was fortunate to meet the owners and be shown around. Unfortunately thwy dont do this for all patrons but due to my culinary passion i was given a glimps into heart of the operation. If you haven't tried their carrot cake you are missing out. By far the best I have ever had. Got to admit haven't had anything i don't like. Their cakes are different from the norm currently out there. If you don't believe me try them for yourself.
