We have moved 10 times over a number of years and moving from Perth to Denmark was quite daunting. The Allied Pickfords team in Albany were wonderful. They were helpful and careful and made our move seamless. We would recommend the Albany team to anyone embarking on a move to the Great Southern. Thank you Russell.

They were fantastic with communication throughout the whole process and all staff I was in contact with were formative, friendly and accommodating. We have always used Allied Pickford for all our international and domestic moves including shipping of motorbike and belongings from the Middle East. Our packing was also held at their onsite facilities for 6 years while away overseas at very reasonable rates. Highly professional service and nothing ever a problem + excellent communication at all times. Would definitely recommend this international removal company.

Very happy with the attention we received in Albany, including the loading of the container. Unhappy with the lack of communication re delays in the shipment of our container from Perth, especially as we were told the container would arrive on 12th November. We would have appreciated a call to tell us what was happening instead of us having to ring you!

Having chased down three quotes for our recent, full house move., we went with Allied Pickfords. Being the cheapest of the three quotes by far, we weren't sure if quality met the lower price.Well, we were very happily proved wrong, by the Crew at Albany Allied Pickfords. Great to see when a Crew of people make any business so well tuned. From Russell and his contact updates and thoroughness in all paperwork, to the Men who turned up and packed us out. No Damage on anything...at all. When you watch the professionalism of these Lads you understand why. No L" plates here

Where to start…Initially called up to get a quote, they advised they didn’t have any sales consultants available and we had to fill out a form. We filled out the form (which took almost an hour to fill out) and sent it to them, only to get an email saying they needed to book in a physical quote. (Slightly frustrating)Fast forward, due to the timing of the move, we had to leave a couple days before the pick up date of our belongings. They picked up our stuff and it took almost 2 weeks to be delivered!After we moved out the realestate agent told us there were items left behind.We called Russel (the sales consultant) to let him know that they had missed a few items. He told us not to worry that they would collect it as soon as possible and try get it on the same truck.A week later the new tenants of the property said they had tried to call a Russell to arrange a pick up time, but were unable to get hold of him.We tried calling him directly with no response, eventually we turned our phone to “no called ID” and he answered straight away!! (Avoiding our calls!)After we got hold of him he said we would need to pay $100 for the left over items to be delivered (even though they left them behind…) which we agreed to pay just to get it sorted out and get the stuff picked up.Anyway… here we are 7 weeks after our belongings were picked up in Albany only to find out the stuff they left behind is still in Perth and will only arrive next week.I can honestly not express how frustrating the process of moving has been with Allied Pickford Albany. I am so disappointed with lack of professionalism Russel displayed and would not recommend this company to anyone!!I would give a Zero star rating but it wouldn’t let me rate the company that low.

No more to be said Jack runs a great ship along with Bridgett and Russell the great from Albany Cliffy and the team who picked it up from Esperance and to the guys from Albany who delivered were a laugh a minute and professional made the moving experience a whole lot easier and stressless Thanks Allied would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to move 5 stars from me Thankyou Mike

We moved from Esperance to Gabbadah.The removalists who picked up our furniture were great. We had different guys unload our furniture and they were amazing aswell. I did feel sorry for them as it was pouring with rain and they couldn't get there Semi close to the house so had too move everything that bit further. They didn't complain at all They even asked if we wanted anything moved around after they were done. Awesome work by all removalists

Allied Pickfords team members were very polite and friendly. The team took excillent care of my belongings.I do highly reccomemd them for moving you goods.RegardsVictor
