This business was recommended by Harvey Norman for installation of two replacement air conditioners. We were quoted over the phone for installation and given a date and time. The tradesman arrived two and a half hours late on the day complained constantly throughout the day about the job, charged a significant amount over the quote at the end of the day without giving any indication during the day that this would be the case and then left a huge amount of rubbish stacked in my driveway including bits of the old air conditioners, packaging materials etc that I had to pay to have removed. Would not recommend.
