Good quality produce and not too expensive. However customer service by staff can be a very lacking and expect your nice produce to be man handled at the register. Also, staff don't help you pack the items you've brought into bags at the register. Our most recent, we brought a cut quarter watermelon. At the register the staff member crushed the top cut edge of it. Staff member didn't care and no replacement was offered.

Gave the cashier $50 to pay for my fresh produce & when she gave me my change, she gave me the incorrect change. Change for $20 & not $50! When I told her immediately that I had given her a $50 note she refused to acknowledge that it was her error & not mine.I knew it was definitely $50 as that was the only cash I had in my purse. She continued to insist that I had given her a $20 note & then called another female assistant over & told her what happened. She said we will check the camera footage which took a few minutes. She then came over & said“Yes you were right” & they both laughed about it & eventually apologised.I said this is very poor as this has happened to me in this shop a second time now!Just goes to show it’s true when they say “That the Customer is ALWAYS right” I wonder how many other people this has happened too! Will only ever pay by Card again as I have learnt their not honest in that shop.

Pandora very rude customer service . I know she have to face a lot of customers in a day , Keeping this on my mind I always thank her always give her a smile before and after I finish buying things but she never even smile or ask if I want receipt .. she is one of the rude lady at the shop I have ever seen . Every week she is the same , if you don’t know how to atleast smile with a customer don’t do this job this job is not for you .. everyone’s time is valuable and I don’t want to review this but this happen to me every week so I can’t stop my self writing this review.

Highly recommend do not bring your kids shopping there. No kid friendly !!Careful of a man around 45-60 years.Don't let your kids out of your sight !!Very terrible shopping experience there.More of fruits, vegs are also not fresh, rotten and smells bad.An old man ( 45-60 years old) come to, opposite we and started yelling, cursing, scolding and insulting we, used very bad, rude words and around 3-4 minutes when my 7 years old girl helped me pick the mandarins. And also said you are not allow to let your kid pick up the fruits. Is there policy show that kid can not pick them lovely food?!My kid gentle with the mandarins. He shouldn’t used the bad words, attitude, yelling, cursing, scolding and insulting at my kid. It is a bullying. What century is it? It shouldn’t happened this kind of thing! We are loyalty customer there, two times a week ever there fruits low quality but after this time experience, we will never ever shopping there anymore.
