Could not ask for better customer service and support. From the get go they wanted to help. I would recommend contacting them if you are after any of there products or if you have a product they stock that you bough somewhere ells and you need parts. Also speedy parts delivery.Thanks you for all your help 7 support. Keep it up. :)

We all know their products are great, but their customer service is equally impressive. Had an issue with my breathalyser following a calibration and they fixed it promptly, free of charge and even sent me a video of the calibration result. Great lil product, highly recommend for peace of mind!

Bought an Alcosense Verity. Very impressed compared to previous personal breathalysers I’ve used. Very compact, fast startup and a calibration management plan can be purchased.

Andatech were extremely helpful with their customer service.I had a problem accessing the ISOBER app. Andatech took my issue on board referred the problem to their technical department who were able to provide me with a solution.Andatech followed up with emails to ensure I was totally satisfied.Andatech really care about their customers.Highly recommend

timely notification on the expiry of my plan and also very generous gesture in extending my plan so that I can use my unused calibration service for the last plan period.Dropping off the device in your Vermont office, i had a pleasant and friendly service experience from Vishwa who was attending the front desk on that day.Also the same nice and friendly service at the time of pickup of the unit.On the whole, it is a great pleasurable experience doing business with your company and thank your devices for keeping us driving on the roads.
