Ten times better than the other mernda chemist there's way more room anytime you go you never wait in queue and staff are very helpful.

Very poor return policy , even with the receipt need to go to the website and check the return policy before purchasing. Very much disappointed

I arrived 30 minutes early for my flu injection naturally expecting to have to wait until my alloted time but the chemist Ali put me through straight away. He was very friendly and we had a good conversion during the lead up to the injection. This is not my local area but I will gladly drive the extra distance in appreciation of the good service I received. Thank you Ali ... Paul

Big thanks to the CW Mernda Junction vaccination team. Just had a five-star experience getting my COVID Booster shot there. Easy booking process, plenty of reminders, no waiting, no hassle and best of all the pharmacist administrating the vaccine (Elahe) had done it so well I didn't feel a thing.Overall great experience, delighted to have you guys in the neighbourhood.

Nice space and friendly workers but i only had one poor customer service experience and that was today. This pharmacist whose name tag I couldnt see because they somehow flipped it. They were giving me my script and all i needed to know was how it worked. This pharmacist breached my confidentiality and spoke aloud my causes and symptoms. Which was unnecessary since i already spoke to a professional in privacy made obvious by the script i gave them, given to me by a doctor. I felt so embarassed and disrespected.

I recently had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at the Mernda Junction Chemist Warehouse. As a type 1 diabetic, I was prescribed Ozempic by my endocrinologist. While I understand that the medication is currently unavailable in Australia, all I asked for was to be placed on a waiting list for when it becomes available. However, the store manager refused my request because the medication wasn't listed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).Throughout the process, the staff and management showed a lack of empathy and professionalism. I was treated with disregard, and my health and wellbeing were put at risk. The manager's policies and practices seemed to be inconsistent with those of other Chemist Warehouse locations, which raises concerns about the management skills at this particular store.In the end, I was able to secure a spot on a waiting list for Ozempic at another Chemist Warehouse location without any issue, further highlighting the discrepancies between stores. I strongly encourage those in need of pharmacy services to consider alternatives, as the experience I had at Mernda Junction Chemist Warehouse was far from satisfactory.

I bought vitamin C yesterday and today I discovered I mistakenly purchased chewable instead of capsule.At the counter I politely asked to return the item but the guy with long hair said we don't return vitamins. Then he asked his supervisor and accepted to return although it is not supposed to be returned as per policy.Till here, thanks to him. However, the way he spoke to me was disrespectful and his tone and body language was unprofessional, unfriendly and threatening and made me feel unwelcomed to be served.His colleague who gave me perfumes were nice and polite when she refused to hand them to me and she explained nicely she needs to keep them with her.You can still enforce your policy in a nice way withourt having to treat your customers disrespectfully. Focus on customer service before policy pleaseAlthough i got what i want but im not visiting that branch again.

Update your hours on google and also your voicemail. “We are open 8am to midnight every day of the year”. I drove across Melbourne desperate for a pharmacy only to see lights off and doors closed.

Since they opened, I have had nothing but wonderful service from both the Pharmacists and all the staff. Genevieve Saleh is one of the staff who has exceptional customer service skills. So personable and friendly and efficient. Aaron too, is such a pleasure to deal with; its actually so nice to go into a store (pharmacy) and be greeted and treated so well!
