I called the company to book in a pest control service. They were efficient calling coming to do the service and take $700 cash from us.$400 to set up a possum trap and $300 to throw rat bait into the roof. The payment also included the call back to remove the cage once the possum is trapped. One week later abs several phone calls the call back has not been done. Our cage is still in the roof. We can’t get to it ourself as too high. This company is scamming people beware before you hand over your money. Let’s see if I get a response once today.
