Fresh Fresh Flowers

I have used Fresh Fresh Flowers on a number of occasions and they have always been beautiful. My mother is at Classic Residences nearby and I know that the arrangements from FFF will be stunning and they always make a great impression on all who see them!

Sally was absolutely amazing.I had rung early in the day to see if Fresh Fresh Flowers could facilitate a delivery that I was concerned would be out of their area, around 30km's away.Sally say it wasn't a problem at all and the fee was perfectly reasonable. I asked if at the same time they could deliver a bag with a gift in it, again Sally said that it would not be a problem at all.Regrettably I got caught up at work and did not get in to Fresh Fresh until later than originally planned at which stage the delivery driver had finished for the day. Sally could obviously sense how desperately I wanted to get the flowers and the gift to it's recipient, but I could not deliver it myself as I had to return to work.Sally was amazing, she showed a level of empathy that we could all learn a lesson from, in order to help me she rang the delivery driver to see if he would do an additional delivery, when he couldn't she rang a staff member who had just left and asked the same question, unfortunately she could not do it either, she even went to the lengths of ringing her own son! When he was unable to help out she offered to, on her own time, do it herself after she finished work.If that is not brilliant service I don't know what is, but more importantly it showed what a beautiful person Sally is, she had no reason to go above and beyond, her gesture was one of pure kindness.Thank you Sally, I will definitely be back in and I will remember what you did for me and I will to pay it forward.

I ordered some flowers on-line for a house warming surprise present. They exceeded my expectation, stunning arrangement and recipient was thrilled. Great service, prompt, top quality fresh flowers and will be using this florist again.

What a wonderful service Fresh Fresh Flowers offers. Apart from their flowers being absolutely beautiful, their delivery man just went over and above for me. I had sent flowers to my friend in hospital and not only did I have her surname wrong, she had been discharged. The wonderful delivery man waited while I dithered around finding out the correct information and has delivered the flowers to her home before she even arrived plus sent me a photo. Well done and thank you.

I don’t know how this place gets rave reviews. I’ve been burned twice now. First time I asked to have a boxed arrangement put together for a birthday gift. It cost me $120 and I was incredibly disappointed. The florist had no artistic talented whatsoever and it was a very ordinary looking arrangement. The worst part was they only lasted 3 days. As the gift giver I was mortified. The second time my partner went to buy flowers for me and unfortunately stopped here not knowing my previous bad experience. He was sold a boxed arrangement with hideous KALE VEGETABLE flowers in it and 4 actual real flower stems - the rest was greenery. Awful you take advantage of a customer’s ignorance to sell them utter rubbish.

Quick and easy. I was taken by that amount of prearranged flower selections. Prices are clearly displayed and the variety is quite colorful. Helpful assistance made the transaction quick. Let’s not forget the selection of alcohol on display to purchase along with the flower. The gin range from Echuka Distillery is something to try. Cheers.
