Just left Beaudesert office.. The lady at the front counter on 13/4/23 @ 1255hrs would have to be the most rude human being I have ever encountered (and as a healthcare professional I've encountered a few) Clearly, customer service is not her strongest point. If someone is so unhappy in their position, leave and do what makes you happy.

Thank U to the lady on desk 5 today, after queing up outside, the understaffed service centre worker's proceeded to go through a daily ritual of processing everyone in as quickly and efficiently as possible. Great stuff. Yr employer should have more of U on the ground to cope with the numbers

Omg worst customer service ever. Only people there was given number by extremely rude women told to take a seat, remember we were the only people there! Same rude women then proceeds to jump up on counter and call my number. Straight out of Monty Python. She then preceded to act in a condescending manner. For goodness sake your staff definitely need some training.
