This company is so bad . They take wrong payments and when questioned they don't get back to you. Have requested many times for a payout figure which they can't deliver. Something needs to be done.

Avoid like the plague.. tried to take wrong payments 3 times after ringing and telling them each time.. they gave appoligies they then put a judgment on me for 5 years and a caveat on my house court fees and lawyer fees after there own bad management

very quick to sell you the product but the technical support is like ringing an internet provider . have you tried turning it off and on again" . worst buy ever . costing me more than my electricity was to begin with!!!!"
