Elite Massage and Dryneedling
I was having a terrible time with some mobility issues shoulders/neck I am still in amazement by how well this treatment worked for me I have been completely unhindered and had a lot of energy again since having three treatments with Elliot. Nothing else was working. Very mechanical and methodical approach to his work I am a regular customer now!

Elite Massage and Dryneedling
I had massage today at Elite after having pain under my shoulder blade for 6 weeks and an aching stiff neck. Elliot worked wonders! I actually left my appointment slightly disappointed he’d focused too much on my neck and hadn’t paid enough attention to my shoulder blade area, but after a few hours I realised my shoulder pain had all but disappeared and he did know what he was doing after all!! I’ve already booked in again, and after how I feel tonight will be continuing to utilise his expertise for good!

Place was easy to find and when arriving was greeted by Elliot at the main counter with a friendly smile. He asked me if I had any areas I would like focused on. I booked the appointment due to a sore knee causing me discomfort and told him that I had been recommended to try dry needling from a friend. He targeted certain areas with the needles and massage focusing on what I had instructed him to. Boom, next day knee wasn’t sore!! Elliot is a true professional and I highly recommend waiting to see him if you can’t get in straight away.

Elliot really listened to my concerns and spent a full hour working on the area giving me the most discomfort. He’s so easy going, making me feel at ease throughout the treatment. Elliot is clearly very knowledgeable as he was able to instantly locate my tightest, most painful muscles and apply decent pressure without causing pain to ease them. The use of dry needling was excellent with instant release for muscles that have been causing me a bit of grief for some time.
