Chemist Warehouse Subiaco

I went to do some shopping and also wanted to buy some deodorant. As everyone does and always have done also I tested the smell before buying. There was a staff, Daniele, staring at me and then she approached me with a very frustrated tone and expression on her face, like she was ready to fight me, telling me not do this. Even though I was very unhappy with the way she talked to me, I stopped, even though I was shocked to be told off about this. But she continued to watch me like I was some kind of criminal. I told her that this is very rude but she made a step forward towards me, and accused me of being rude because I told her this. Second day I called on the phone and spoke with the owner, which I was told her name was King, and then she immediately went defensive and explained why the staff behaved like this. This made me believe that this is the way she trains the staff to approach the costumers. Shocking!!! Never going back after this experience and especially because the owner tried to justify the staff`s behaviour. Very bad !!!

Script took a long time to be filled. My scripts are usually filled in a third of that time (and I actually had to remind someone here that I was actually waiting for a script). A bit of attitude. Too busy. I don't think that I will ever return. It seemed to be staffed entirely by women, so if you like that, then this might be the place for you.

Overcrowded with stock like most chemist warehouses, but it had what I needed and was in a convenient location for me. Staff were disinterested, but they took my money in an appropriate fashion and I really can't ask more from a 19yr old on minimum wage.

Something seriously wrong with the management of this chemist the most frustrating experience ever. Repeatedly bad. Don’t put your scripts in here, you will have a bad day every time you pick up your script. You better not leave your wallet at home either as they will want to check your id every time you pick up your medication even though they know you

Chemist warehouse at Subiaco is not at all good. So lame and unreliable. They are not the customer oriented but money and business oriented. Never go and buy products or avail services from chemist warehouse in the future.

Love Chemist Warehouse and this one is no exception. Great products at really good prices
