Shockingly deceptive. I’m leaving a review to let people know this is a business to absolutely avoid. I was charged a $142 fee upfront. Turns out, the tradesperson showed up and spent 5 minutes just staring at my gas heater before giving me a verbal quote of more than $1400 for a service. Next day I got emailed with the written quote written quote. That was it. I paid $142 for them to give me a quote. Horrendous.
