Still haven’t been paid over a month of waiting no responses or calls telling me there’s a delay with payments would never recommend this company would call me in the middle of the night to ask me to complete jobs on site but won’t pay me

I am a contractor for this company and I would definitely not recommend to work for this Company at all they do not pay on time they don’t even answer my phone calls very unprofessional company.

Total timewaster. The house is getting build for past 18 months and everytime there is an excuse. We were asked to pay the supplier directly but found that amount is been used to offset pending invoices for builder for other jobs. The work is still not being done :-(It is a fraud and would advise any new customers to stay away from them.You will waste time, money, energy and mental peace.STAY AWAY FROM THEM

!!!!BIGGEST FRAUD IN THE MARKET.They are not professional. All they want is just your money. They are not even licensed builder as they mention on their website. They are using someone else's licence. I paid my 5 percent deposit after signing contract and what I got after that was just excuses and ignorance from the owner and all the staff. As all the staff as well trained to tell you lies and show the big picture and play with your emotions and dream. After I I cancelled my contract they said they will deduct the money like admin charges and other charges. When I went in the office I saw that I am not the only one there were few other customers there for the same reasons and wanted to cancel the contract and few people like waiting for almost a year after signing the contract and land settlement. What they do is take your money and when you cancel the contract they deduct the money and that not small dollars they deduct. I lost mine in 4 figures. That how he is operating. Don't trust on anything they say. Stay away from this fraud company. I am going to report him to the building ombudsman as well and will try that at least this doesn't happen to anyone else and me and my family suffered a lot and gone through mental trauma during this hard financial crisis situation as well.

No one response to phone call, messages or emails.Everyone has their personal thing that need attention but no one is bothered on the actual client work. When they respond you they will say they had personal issues like not feeling well, need to attain personal matter or I was getting engaged.There is no communication whatsoever, there are multiple clients whose post handover jobs are pending but they will not respond to anyone. The last resort for the delay is market is not good, or contractors are not willing to take the jobs even after offering them more money than the quote. However, the reality is that they don't pay the contractors on time. I spoken to multiple contractors and ex-employee's who have left them because they won't pay money on time and want them to work extra without money.During the whole construction process, 4 supervisors have left the company and we weren't inform on every single occasion.They are can say what all things but I have all the evidence including phone calls, messages, emails and signed letters.Don't bother to contact them for the house construction because they are not professional and will offer the best price but won't deliver as decided or agreement.
