Izzy and the team at city service are fantastic. I recently had a repair booked in but had a late change of plan meaning I couldn't get the car to them. Izzy went out of his way to collect the car for us so we could keep the booking and our plans. They are upfront about costs and have consistently been cheaper than other places I've had quotes from. Grateful to have found a mechanic I'm happy to use regularly!

I don't just let anyone service my Mustang these guys are fantastic and so reliable. I have never had a problem and their service is second to none. Highly recommend them and very importantly they are very nice and friendly people.

One of the best mechanics I've ever been to. Everything was explained to me in detail, service book was filled out automatically and reasonable price. Very professional! I can highly recommend! When something was needed additionally I got a call first in which he explained to me what needed to be done and what is recommended. He never did anything without any permission. Extremely trustworthy and super friendly! :)

As a female, I always felt like I was being scammed by mechanics until I met the team at City Service Mechanics. Their professionalism, customer service and friendliness was absolutely astonishing. They were very thorough with explaining the exact problem with my car and offered me a few options.Shoutout to Izzy who made everything a breeze and hassle free. They definitely know their stuff. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any mechanical repairs and cannot thank them enough for the work they did on my car.

Finally found a reliable and fair mechanic. I have had trouble with many mechanics post pandemic and found it difficult to find a reliable mechanic since relocating to Melbourne, but thankfully I have come across Izzy and his team and they have been phenomenal to deal with up until today.
