Bought my first car here. Did not service my car and fill in the logbook prior to my purchase.Gave a terrible deal on my loan, despite promising that it was a very low price. Do your research! And purchase your loan outside the dealership.

Great customer service. Have been in every service since buying my Pajero Sport & any issues i have, they are happy to check it out. 09/06/2020last service was the 105,000km service, they found 2 warranty issues and got them sorted. Very easy to deal with and all works carried out perfectly. I check the car over before i leave the car park everytime & ensure that filters have all definitely been changed.1/5/2023-I Just had the 120,000km major service done. Again everything was done great.I did learn that the air filters are only chNged every 45,000km which to me, that's too long so keep that in mind on Pajero Sport models.Still Can't fault their services to this point.Will update this review each service i have on the experience.

Worst dealership in Rockingham the staff are incompetent and unwilling to fix the problems with your car. Total rip off

Just sold my Ute to Rockingham Mitsubishi after not wanting to deal with tyre kickers, Walked in and had an immediate offer from Doug which was a very fair offer which I accepted, Doug emailed me the paperwork to sign and dealt with everything, money was in my account a day earlier than arranged with plenty of time to pick up a new car from another dealer and dropped off the Ute on a day that suited me. Completely hassle free process which I will do again.

Great experience, by the time I was sitting in the driver's seat of the model we were interested in a staff member had come to help us, he was efficient and helpful without being pushy. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Great cars staff and service found the car we were looking for only draw back the 5 months wait for it to arrive from overseas.
