Dealing with the public is often very trying, especially when correct paperwork and parting with money is required. Once, you would take a cut lunch to the TMR and resign yourself to a lengthy wait to be served by a cranky, disgruntled employee. Totally different now, the staff at Tewantin are helpful, friendly and efficient. The wait time is minimum, only exacerbated by the needs of the customer before you, scant the staff can do about that if they are to do their job. I’ve found every staff member to be exceptional to deal with, a pleasure to go there.

The staff at Tewantin are I think the most efficient and nicest on the coastal area. I hardly waited any time and had a great test with Pete. I would recommend Pete for anyone doing the P's test as his very calming, nice and direct, he really helped me not to stress out.

Customer service Carol as Always was first class and as usual made me feel comfortable and cared about as an individual not just a person needed to be attended to quickly because it was closing time. Carol's knowledge of all aspects of the Department is phenomenal and it's a pleasure to be attended to the by her every time I go to the there as I am sure all the staff are. I am proud to share this with the community and hope that you will all show them the respect they deserve in every way.

Went in during COVID 19 crisis. Found staff very professional and extremely helpful. We were served by Mel and Carol who were both a pleasure to deal with. Found Mel who processed our applications possibly the best person I have ever dealt with at a government shopfront. Well done, keep up the good work!

The staff of the Tewantin Centre were courteous, friendly and efficient despite an obviously busy day. The greeter was particularly helpful. A fine example of true customer service.
