I had 2 insurance claims after been with them for closer to 2 years, it’s nothing but hectic! I spent so much time on phone with them to finalise the matters but they have been keep changing what they agreed to. The communication is really bad, their claim system was broken when both the claims were submitted. Gurnam the owner promised me some things ( i will post photos of conversations) but they were on hold just to biy time and not to pay the LOU as per agreement without mentioning clearly. The claims were taking 2 months plus and still not finalised then I supposed to get a call about the matter this afternoon 4 instead received this email to mention that i can withdrew my claim ( see details on picture). This behaviour of them was mentioned to me by another insurance company but I trusted these guys now at the end i experienced it. Anyone can always contact me on this email before you join with them for your insurance purposes and i can explain further what happened to me and how they were can get what they agreed. I will add more detailed pictures of the conversations here to make it clear. More over our LOU PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN PAID AND SARABJITH IS SAYING THEY ARE WAITING ON EC LEGAL ( kerry), so not sure who is telling the truth! . It has been over 8 months since the incident. So if u guys gonna insure with them make sure to know that LOU payment of $220 can be delayed over 8 months and car will be ready after 6 months!!!!

Got my car insured with them and I am very happy with the service. very professional people. I had two claims in last 4 months at fault and not at fault. both were handled so well I didn't had to take any stress. would recommend everyone to get their cars insured with them especially if you drive uber or taxi. and also very cheap prices and good service.thank you for your service.

Best ride-Share insurance providers. Everything there is of top standard and well maintained.I was involved in an accident .. All the staff went above and beyond all the times to assist with my claim and also got paid for the days while my vehicle was getting repaired.

I would like to give them a 1 star only because i got a insurance with them in jan and i asked for 3 rd party insurance cover but a-girl working there name parul said they will provide me soon i asked approx 10-15 times and email them every time but they making a story. That we will send u and from where they buy she got a surgery and they failed to provide me a cover because they didn’t buy the insurance cover from third party at all. After 15 days i chased them well and then they going to buy after 15 days in case if i got an accident with in 15 days then they wont covered me at all as they dont have anything to cover me other party’s bill on my head for life time. Any body want to insurance with them get insured I’m not defaming the business I’m sharing my point if view with customers. And i wanna req this club as well pls provide the required documents to customers. Thank you

I got involved in an accident and it was a big damage. They repaired and returned my car within 48 hours. I am highly satisfied with the quality and service provided. Their team went out of the way to arrange a drop off for me. Claims team was very helpful and they dealt with my case very calmly and carefully.
