The whole experience with Heartstory is something we will never forget. These guys really know what they are doing and we couldn't be happier with the whole process and the end results were priceless! Heartstory is photos done with passion and heart. Katie & Jeremy make a photo session fun, relaxed & make it quite difficult to choose just a few from the session. (we ended up with a coffee table book of our session this time!). They are professional, flexible, and with Mel looking after you through the booking process they really do make it as easy as possible. They have such a passion for what they do that it shows in every photo. They aren't just family portraits, they are pieces of art.

We’ve had two sessions with Heartstory, the first with Katie for the Babies in Bonnets project in 2018, and an outdoor session with Jeremy in 2021. These guys are lovely, talented, genuinely good humans. We adore our photos and the finish on the products are exceptional. Thank you for capturing our family!

Katie and Jeremy and the team at Heartstory feel like an extended part of our family. Have you ever had customers that are so incredibly picky, want everything changed and are dysfunctional to organise, well that was us! Heartstory photographed my extended family as a gift for our grandparents and let me tell you, how amazing they were. The day they arrived at our grandparents house. The photographer was absolutely lovely, did her absolute best to wrangle a cranky toddler and find scenic shots in all the clutter of our family's home.Then came the decision making, and we did not come prepared regardless of the hundreds of emails sent with what our options were and what we can order and their exceptional YouTube information movie. The poor man who had to photoshop four photos into one to make us happy.What heartstory did was provide something I can't express enough thanks for. Photography session off-site was good. I appreciated that they quickly rescheduled us as we had COVID on the original booking day.There were plenty of photos to select from. The photos are expensive. Recommend looking at the pricing guide before booking in the photoshoot as there is a fee if you cancel the choosing appointment.For four photos to be developed, it took over two weeks.Photos did come out nicely and customer service is good.

I came across Heartstory through their babies in bonnets project in 2018. My baby and I had a lovely experience with the session and then selecting photos to purchase. They have captured my sons personality and special moments that he and I share perfectly.We have now engaged Katie and Jeremy for family photos in 2022. Katie handled our very active boys for an outside shoot and has once again captured special moments and our personalities.Highly recommend Katie and Jeremy

I was gifted a photo session and 9 photo hanging frame for Christmas from Heartstory. Katie and Jeremy are professional and deliver an amazing service. The photo session was superb and they made the family feel very comfortable and captured some amazing shots! The final product was outstanding and we will cherish it forever.
