Great Company who know how to look after their customers. After a few months I had intermittent problem with one of my USB ports. After taking a video of the problem and sending it to them they organized a replacement straight away.

Amazing customer service from the very beginning. Responded so quickly, and efficiently. I ordered two pop up sockets that my electrician couldn’t fit so I asked to replace them with different sized ones, with no hesitation the company send me new ones and I was able to return the old ones no questions asked. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.

Yuliana was courteous and tried to solve our problem when he was unable to he checked with others and then rang back as he had arranged.The product looks to be high quality and as there was a problem with the original unit a replacement was organised on the same day we contacted them.After sales service is excellent something hard to find these days.
