I would highly recommend this store for makeup. Every time i have been there for my makeup i leave feeling amazing with no faults ..I would like to make a special mention to a girl who went above and beyound for myself. I like most times. Was running extreamly late with 15mins for this girl to do what normally would take 45min job.When i got there she could only do part makeup as she didnt want to rush and dissatisfy myself.She must have seen the worry on my face as i have no clue on how to do makeup.She asked me to sot down and said she would do her best.She stayed back in her own time to complete my makeup. She maintained her professionalism and was so kind. She done an exceptional job in a timley fashion. 25mins doto a 45min job with results of the same.. Amazing.I cant thank and appreciate u enough, thanks for making me feel like a princess Kelani ( sorry if i got ur name wrong ) xx

After a not so great experience a few years ago and having avoided this store (and shopped online!) since - a last minute event and pure desperation had me booking in to have my makeup done.It’s incredible what a change of management can do! The vibe is now welcoming and inclusive, not threatening and intimidating, the team are happy to answer questions and responsive to requests. The vibe of these talented ladies has completely changed, as has the culture of this environment - they WANT to help and they WANT to achieve a great result for you.I was treated with the upmost respect by the extremely talented, warm & friendly Sienna and left feeling beautiful after your strong skills and soft hands achieved the exact look I was hoping for based on my very vague instructions. Thank you again Sienna! I can’t wait to attend my makeup lesson with you girls!
