The guttering installation by Don Spencer from Dons Guttering and Roofing had major defects such as leaks, popping and banging continually, was left filthy and uncleaned with paint scraped off where their ladders were resting. I sent Don Spencer texts and phoned for months but he never replied to any despite a 2 year Warranty. Eventually I had all the defects rectified by another company. I would NOT recommend Don's Guttering and Roofing.

Pleasure to speak to Don very obliging explaining the work to be done, very happy great price had a few quotes was best price, work competed on budget and on time. After seeing my completed job 3 of our neighbours got quotes for their work.

Terrible Service. Reroofed a house in and once the works were completed we had issued with the gutters and pitch of the roof which caused water to pool in our ceiling. I contacted each person in the business and they all told me to contact Don. Don never got back to me, I called more than 10 times to each person. No one was willing to help me with my issue or even visit to inspect the works. This company is happy to take your money and not address any further defect works once completed.

Highly recommend this company. Bob's quote turned out to be excellent value for money. The guttering arrived when he said it would and the installers came soon after. Matt and Amanda (installers) are perfectionists, hardworking, trustworthy, genuine, efficient and take pride in their work. Matt noticed the eaves were sagging and he fixed them for no extra charge. Matt and Amanda did not inconvenience the household and did a great job cleaning up. We are very happy- thank you.

One of the most professional trades I have dealt with, Matt and and Amanda’s attention to detail was second to non. They stayed till dark until the job was done and left the house spotless. Highly recommend dons guttering for any roofing needs.

I cant say enough about Dons Guttering. My experience has been exceptional from the minute Bob walked in to quote until Matt put the last screw into my new guttering and fascia.I requested 3 quotes from different suppliers but it was Bobs state of the art, aerial measure and attention to detail that really won them the business. He new 90% of what needed to be done before he arrived and also spotted a hidden section around a corner that no one else picked up on. NO HIDDEN EXTRASOnce I paid my deposit, the goods showed up simultaneously and the job was started within days.Matt the tradie (installer). You know when you meet a guy that loves what he does so much that its reflected in the quality of his workmanship. Well, Matt is that guy. Like Bob, his attention to detail went above and beyond and the finished product was better than I had ever expected. He worked till dark and even then popped the head lamp to make sure the place was spotless before he left.Look the truth is that I have recently had a bad experience with a supposed leader in the roofing game and I don't want to mar this review with mention of them but after working with Don and his team, I am reassured that there are still fair dinkum tradesmen out there and they deserve our consideration and support.I would therefore highly recommend Dons Guttering and Roofing and whatever else they do to anyone looking for a great result at a fair price.Thanks boys!!

Where do I start – My poor mum who is a pensioner got her gutters done by this place. The gutters are ok as they are gutters however install has caused other issues with my mum’s property. She than gets told that her back pergola panels need replacing which she agrees to have them replaced.She paid for the panels that costed $1000.00 which in turn are the cheapest of quality. She’s had nothing but problems ever since. I contacted them not long after the install to advise of the problems of the panels to which they advised they would send someone out this was back in 2020 we are now in 2022.I contacted Bob again and again who said the same thing “ has no one come out to the property to have a look” Obviously not otherwise why would I be calling you if they had. I cannot believe I am still chasing this up from 2020 absolutely disgusting.I am disgusted and appalled with this place as to how they can treat customers like this and except to have Business. I would not recommend them to anyone. I for one would not use them ever for anything.I have been left with no other option other than to write this review.

what a great job dons guttering and roofing did to our house there tradesmen were very professional and there products look great would recommend them to anyone

This is a difficult review to write. If it was based on workmanship and the tradespeople, I'd give 5 stars, they did a great job and left the place spotless... but overall, this company is not pleasant to deal with. I was given a quote from Bob and I was happy to proceed and paid a deposit that day. He advised it would be an 3 week turnaround and that he would call me with an installation date. Just over a week later, the materials were delivered, without any word from Bob. I contacted him to be told, the tradies are coming today"That caused me issues as I wasn't ready for the job to be done yet and had to pay an additional $200 for an awning to be taken down.I was told at the time of quoting

I had a great experience with react roofing since day one. Don was very knowledgeable and professional in his work. He completed my roof repair and restoration in a fast and timely manner. I definitely recommend Don Guttering and Roofing to my friends and family. Great work!. My roof looks great.
