We have had a terrible experience with our H & J sofa bed and with H & J Furniture. Comfy lounge to sit on but the bed is horrible. Very poor quality design and dodgy build of the bed frame renders the bed unusable. The bed is not flat, cannot be made flat and the frame has torn away from a small piece of fabric that is designed to take the weight of your upper body?! It has broken easily as a result of this terrible design. We contacted James via email but no resolution was forthcoming. He blamed his supplier of the bed mechanism and H & J took no responsibility for this issue. We are disgusted at the quality and lack of concern by H & J furniture. Never again will purchase from this company and will warn off anyone looking for a new lounge/sofa bed.

Furniture feels OK when new, but not long before the foam collapses and fabric wears through and you are stuck with one god awful armchair.I rang the company after putting up with the chair for 4 years, but they were not interested in picking it up and disposing of it - I do not recommend H&J Furniture products.
