I have just got a new Electric Lift Recliner Chair from Sean at Ibis Furniture. From my first meeting with Sean I found him willing to listen to my sitting issues and suggest to me solutions that would help alleviate the pain I as experiencing sitting.His suggestion of a ROHO cushion inserted into the seat of the chair is the best idea I have ever been given.I highly recommend Ibis Furniture. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and the chair is very comfortable.

Sean was a very caring person, taking great care that even the seat length was right. Recommend them any time.

Ibis Furniture were recommended to me for their locally made lift chairs. Sean was very engaging and helpful in regards to a custom made chair to suit my mother (92). The chair was then delivered on time by two very friendly, professional guys. I would highly recommend Ibis Furniture.

I wanted to say a big thank you to Sean at Ibis furniture. Technically I was not even a customer of the store. However Sean went out of his way to be kind to someone in need and to help me out with a service they don't usually provide. He was kind and courteous and it is incredible that he took time out of his busy day and demanding business to assist me. To provide assistance for someone who was not even a client and may never be a client is the highest level of customer service you could ever expect from a business. Not only that but it demonstrates that Sean is simply lovely human being and I can't thank him enough. If I ever had need of the type of furniture that he provides I would go to his store in a heartbeat and if you want to deal with someone who is top priority is not money or sales then you would be well advised to visit Ibis furniture as well.
