In Hand

I recently had a treatment at In Hand after my mum recommended it, and wow what an experience! I don't normally treat myself to facials, but OMG this was SO relaxing, the head/neck massage was amazing, and my skin felt great, even days later. Nat was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products she uses. It was so nice to take time out for myself, and i will definitely be back for regular treatments!

I arrived tense, stressed, frazzled, emotional and disregulated, and left calm, nervous system centred, grounded, nourished, cared for and relaxed to my bones. In addition to an incredible facial and neck / head / shoulder massage, Nat provided clear and specific insights into some generational and internal traumas that she could not have possibly known about, so her energy work is genuine, authentic, and sincere, for those cynics among us. Wonderful; can not speak highly enough. x

My 6 yr old daughter has been feeling quite anxious since covid and the return of school after home schooling for a few months. I made an appointment with In hand as a special girls day treat during the holidays and I knew she would benefit from the treatments inhand offer. My daughter invited her best friend to have a treatment too.From the moment we arrived we felt calm and instantly relaxed walking into inhands beautiful treatment room.The girls changed into their robes and selected their crystals ready for their treatment. The next hour was unbelievably peaceful as I sat there so envious of the amazing treatments they were experiencing. I love the peaceful atmosphere at In hand.They were both so calm and quiet on the drive home and she was happy to return back to school this week. We will 100% be back.
