Unfortunately I cannot speak much for their Clone work.Due to my absence I couldnt assist a client with their computer problems and so she decided to try here. The files had been copied over in a large chunk by making a special folder called AAA Personal, (its a smart way to find a file easily by putting a couple A's at the beginning to ensure it shows up at the top of a folder list) however thats not the problem. the problem is they have left an insane amount of duplicates not 1, not 2 not even 3, 5 duplicates of files are scattered around the place. files that belong to the desktop folder are just hiding in the massive folder structure mentioned earlier. I hope this was the work of a junior technician as I would feel a lot better about this being a mistake by someone not as experienced in data transfers.In short. I have not enjoyed the past 3 hours its taken me to comb through these mistakes and Im not sure im even remotely close to finishing.If you need to purchase a new machine I cant see any harm is going here, but if you need your precious files to be put in place for you. this isnt the place.
