We have been dealing with Amanda of Zurcorp through our Clarendon job. Amanda is highly experience, super attention to detail, and maintain upmost customer service attitude throughout the process. We couldn't ask for any better consultant. Much appreciated.

i HAD CONCERNS REGARDINMG THE COST IN THE QUOTE AS SUCH HAD THE QUOTE CHECKED BY THREE INDIPENDANT ELECTRICAL COMPANIES AND WA SHOCKED TO LEARN THE COST WERE IN FACT WELL OVER 90% HIGHER THAN WOULD WOULD BE EXCEPTED. i HAVE READ....It is their policy to charge customers 100% - 150% more than fair market rate for electrical and data products, knowing that because the customers have been directed to them by the project builder,tHIS IS A CONCERN KNOWING WE ARE ALSO BUILDING THROUGH CLARENDON WHO IMSIST WE CAN ONLY USE THIS COMPANY.aS SUCH WE HAVE TO HAVE OUR HOME HAVE THE COMPLETE INTALL OF LIGHTS, POWER POINTS ECT ECT AFTER HAND OVER WHICH IS GOING TO COST US.aLSO THAT WE CNA NOT PROVIDE COMPINATS WE WANT INSTLALLED AND HAVE TO HAVE TIS DONE AT A LATER DATE IS SO DISOPOINTING.JUSTSAYING....BE FAIR TEAM.

Had to deal with these guys through Clarendon homes, to begin with they were too busy to fit me in at a time that was convenient for me, and they have been salty about having to do a remote consultation thereafter. As with many Clarendon suppliers they do not feel the need to be competitive with current market rates. If you are a clarendon customer - look at having your electrical work done by a 3rd party electrician after completion - we will save more than 50% by doing so. A captive market doesn't necessitate price gouging.

Absolutely hopeless, dealt with them through a Clarendon Build bloody terrible, still don't have it how we intended, and no clear direction on when it will be corrected. Paid a small fortune for absolutely no service.

Worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They are worse than Telstra to deal with! (didn't think you could sink that low). This mob have extremely predatory business practices. It is their policy to charge customers 100% - 150% more than fair market rate for electrical and data products, knowing that because the customers have been directed to them by the project builder, they likely won't go elsewhere. As such they charge AT LEAST double what a product is worth in the market. While this practice isn't illegal in Australia it is certainly unethical and unprincipled. Every single person working there proved rude and unknowledgeable. It seems like they only have this gig because someone knows someone, and it is essentially a license for them to print money, who wouldn't like to charge 2.5x what a product is actually worth! My advice is to use a company who earned their position through competitive business practices. If you have been directed to these a**clowns by your project builder, Clarendon etc. Do yourself a favour, don't get RIPPED OFF, and have a look at what another company can provide the services to you for after handover. it will be less than half of the price of Zucorp.
