Turbo Climb

A solid hour of fun for the kids today. I could sit outside and watch as the kids climbed safely up and jumped down with a smile on their faces. It took a little bit for them to get the lock/unlock of the clips but once they got it they were off. The workers walked around helping all the kids out as much as they could which meant parents could just chill. Parking is free (with a validated ticket), price is reasonable ($18 for 60 mins) and there is food options at Bankstown Sports if required. Such a good rainy day spot for school holidays. Will return for sure!

My kids were invited to a kids party and they have fun. Unfortunately we have to witness how rude the manager was with the host of the party. Customer and catering service is horrible.

The staff are energetic and are very patient with the children. They have great fun with the children and cheer them on. The staff had also been so kind to help my daughter who was terrified to even try to climb. Definitely would recommend it's such a fun place to go!!!

Had my daughter's birthday party here. The Turbo Climb experience itself was fine and the young girls who were the party host and helper were absolutely lovely, polite and professional. However, the way the catering was done was absolutely appalling. The state of the table was disgusting - it was sticky and dirty and the mums had to use wipes to clean it and they came out black. The table was only set for 10 kids when I had booked for 12 so the mums also had to move and clean tables for their kids.The kids had to wait ages for their food who were all hungry after the activity. I had to serve the food as the host was trying to work out what was happening in the kitchen. The host explained that there were four other parties on which is why they couldn't bring out the food. The food platters for the adults were only brought out towards the end of the party when all the kids were waiting for cake. The manager was very aware of the issues but offered no resolution. He said there was no rush and we could stay in the room. Then he came back in and told us we all had to leave the party room as another party was starting. Some of the kids were still eating cake. I paid nearly $600 for this party and I expected better - I did not get what I paid for. If you are unable to cater for that many parties, then don't book them or get more staff on.

Lots of fun for younger kids but small for older kids. Great for parties too.

Turbo climb is located next to monkey mania. The area is not very huge but adequate for an hour's play. It was recently renovated so the area is clean. There are briefing for kids prior to the start of the session. They also cater for birthday parties at a minimum of 8 pax. Guardians can sit and watch outside.

The kids had so much fun on the Saturday session. The different levels and types of climb was perfectly catered to all three children ! Noone complained !A very special shout out to Tibor who was working on Saturday. Thank you for being animated esp when giving out the instructions and being gentle with the kids ! Great to see a dedicated young man working there !Can't wait to come back !

Fantastic venue for both kids and adults alike! The friendly staff have always been quick to help out people who have trouble unbuckling themselves from equipment and the amount of fun you can have for such a good price is a rare find. My family and I are definitely eager to visit again soon. Thank you turbo climb!

Absolutely amazing such fun for kids. The lovely staff so caring when supervising. I would recommend this place for families it was a joy to watch the children climbing
