Huge appreciation to Pete and the team, they have always looked after my family and never turning us away, especially with our last minute drop ins and as busy as they can be they always accomodate and acting promptly especially when its a safety concern.Recently I had taken my car elsewhere as tyre kept losing pressure, I only went elsewhere as I knew Pete was busy as he was down a tyre fitter I wasnt aware they also do the tyre fitting themselves as mechanics, after getting tyre inspected elsewhere I was told I had 4 nails in tyre and required a new tyre which was fair enough, then told i needed 2 tyres followed by the whole set and would not pass registration and I wpuld beed wheel alignment all totalling 950, my car is only 2 yrs old with low kms, I headed to Pete to ask his opinion as he has always been honest and straight away he took the car in the work shop and confirmed nothing was wrong with my tyres they still had alot of wear in them and i walked out of there spending $30. They were prompt with their repairs and I cant praise Pete and his team enough, it really pays off to look after the small family business. Thank you to Pete and all the team, keep up the amazing work.

Called at about 12.30pm to get my cars wheels balanced and asked if i could get it looked at, at 3pm. The female staff member said the best she could do was 2.30. I confirmed this appointment and left work early to get the car there by 2.25. Upon arrival was told by the same female staff member that the tyre fitter has just gone to lunch and I'd need to wait 20 mins for him to get back. I said I'd come back another time to which she simply turned around and walked away with nil explanation, apology, or the offer of an appointment rebook. Incredible unprofessionalism in my opinion.

A wheel alignment was carried out on a pensioners vehicle and charged the full rate. Then this workshop (Campbelltown best undercar) to then say they need camber bolts replaced on the vehicle for a proper outcome for an alignment. Uncalled for and unaustralian.
