I booked for January before Christmas 2022 as I was going away at the end of January in my van and wanted the Victron charging updated with a 7 inch screen which the suppliers quoted as costing $895. The original plan was to drop it at his work place but due to an accident I could not do. I rang on Monday before my appointment and asked that he come to the Van (10 minutes away)as he advertises as mobile. He said he was busy and would talk to his guys and ring me back in 20 minutes. The next day 26 hours later I sent a text saying you owe me a phone call. 3 hours after that I sent him text saying enjoy your review. In most transaction you have price, quality and service. Usually you can have any 2. But Eddie had already complained that he had purchased 1200 to $1500 of parts for the job, despite the retail cost from Victron being $895. He batted at zero.

They fixed my ranger the next day when another shop couldn’t find what the issue was. I highly recommend them ! Best customer service !

Eddie installed our Bundutop roof top tent on to our patriot trailer and added solar. Beautiful wiring install. fit & finish is immaculate. Eddies work is so good we are driving down from Darwin to get our D-max electrical installed by them.
