All is good with my Neptune. One problem is the Tow-ball weight is light with an empty tank of water is only 44kg. With my check a full tank is 98kg. Tows perfect with a full tank of water. My VW Transporter max tow-ball weight is 100kg. It will be ok ill make sure I have water in the tank when towing. The Purple line work great I send you a video in the next few months.

It was a big ask to find a caravan builder in Queensland that ticked all the boxes. Ideally, we were looking for a fully customised build that used modern lightweight construction methods. When I was looking to get into the caravan market everything was done by the internet and phone calls. To ensure I made a good choice on what and where to buy I read reviews and spoke to the companies. I also wanted to change a few feature to better suit my life style but with some of the changes that I wanted most companies were not able to comply due to the standard manufacture of their product. Silversun were more were very happy to comply with any changes I wanted to make ensuring I was happy with every decision. Because of towing restraints we had been looking for some time for a suitable caravan. My wife May as soon as she opened the door on the display she turned and looked at me and said this is the one. The concept and layout was brilliant and exactly what we needed. The experience of walking through the purchase and assistance with extras was so pleasant. We have spoken to many people who had difficulty with caravan companies when they wanted to change something, but with Silversun and the team it was always yes and then the advice was professional. A long wait for a van but worth every bit of it. I cant speak highly enough of the quality of the build, the customer service from the team and the added bonus of becoming part of the 'Silversun Family' via the FaceBook Silversun Owners Group. They are a warm inviting bunch who willingly share information and ideas. I put a lot of research in before deciding on a Silversun. I am so glad I found them because I am thrilled to bits with my new van. Quality all the way.

We all know how hard it is to turn a dream into a reality but Vlad, Bojan and the Silversun team have done just that. They have made our dream caravan come to life. The craftsmanship on our Neptune 402D is above anything we have ever seen. The choice of options for the interior and exterior was insane, but then our fantasies would get the better of us and we would be asking for drop down tables in the bathroom, magnets to be hung in the kitchen for our herbs, blinds to roll in different directions, a new decal colour and so on. Every single request / thought / wish was always met with the most positive attitude of 'we should be able to do that', and they did!! Final outcome the van of our dreams. From the bottom on our hearts, THANK YOU Silversun, you really are the best company around.

While we didn't finish up making a purchase, this was absolutely nothing to do with the caravan or the company. We were very keen to purchase the Neptune Caravan that is perhaps the most popular they manufacture. But the timing and for our own personal reasons made this impractical for us. That said the team couldn't have been more helpful and there was absolutely no pressure on us to buy. We have travelled in a few caravans over the years and while this caravan may be small in size and in weight it has everything you could want for travelling, if you were happy to enjoy the 'journey of caravaning' without feeling like you needed to take all your household possessions with you. It was roomy inside, has a separate toilet and shower cubicle, solar panel, wide single beds or you can have a large bed configuration. The list of what is on offer is really expansive and covers everything you would need. You can even make your own choices as each caravan is built around your needs, within reason. We saw them making the caravan and it was well designed on a solid chassis. It has so much going for it that it was such a hard decision to say no for us, but then age catches up with us all and Vlad was very understanding of our reasoning for not going ahead with a purchase. If you have time to wait for this caravan, and if that isn't a problem, then I am sure you will be very pleased with this caravan as we were during our more than one inspection. Everyone from the staff that made the caravans and the management / owners of this small but successful business were easy to deal with on our inspections. Buy Australian! I wanted to upgrade from a camper trailer to a caravan but have a limit on my vehicle tow and ball weight which reduced the makes and models I could tow. I did a lot of research before shortlisting three suppliers and five different models. The only one that met my needs was the Silversun Neptune. I chose the double bed model.There were no second hand vans available so I reached out to Silversun who put me in contact with local owners. From that very first contact until I collected my custom built van two weeks ago, Silversun have been very responsive to all my queries and needs.One of my sons and I drove from WA to QLD to pick up the van and made the return journey in eight days. We put the van over some of the roughest roads, had to deal with some potentially dangerous situations and it handled everything superbly. It is also incredibly comfortable.A truly quality product that each of my boys have checked thoroughly and agree it is the safest and most appropriate caravan that truly suits my needs.
