Pro clean Melbourne did an exceptional vacate clean for my property and Sam was great.

I am very glad that I got my full bond back and they are very Punctual and professional! When I needed a last minute end of lease clean done, Pro Clean made the best time and in a very friendly and professional manner! No complaints whatsoever and the service was excellent and reasonably. I will definitely recommend them.

We engaged Pro Clean Melbourne for a end of lease clean (after living there for 8 years). I was a bit hesitant to pay online before the job was done, but it turned out that every cent was worth it. The team did an outstanding job, the apartment now looks amazingly clean, even smelt great. I used Pro clean services couple days ago to clean my end of lease apartment. They were on time, very professional and friendly. Got the job done with amazing results (looking good, smelling good) and great timing. Overall definitely recommend for sb who need to clean their apartment!

I cannot recommend this company enough! Not only did they do a fantastic cleaning job for the end of my lease, but when I ran into some trouble with my ex-building manager accusing me and these cleaners of damage, they went out of their way to contact him and even went in person to ask for evidence, saving me money! Their morals are outstanding and they have their customers' back. If I ever need cleaning services in the future I will be back. Thank you!

I wanted a once off clean for my new house asap as I have had recently moved in and needed some extra help. Anthony was kind to squeeze us in their busy diary at short notice. Two lovely and friendly ladies came to clean and I appreciate all they did today and was even nice to have a little chat with them. I appreciate the honesty, professionalism, friendliness and clearing any misunderstandings in a positive way. Very happy with Pro Clean Melbourne for their vacate clean on my townhouse in Port Melbourne. Anthony was courteous, professional and very easy to deal with. Also very responsive on the call, if Anthony doesn’t pick up the phone there is another operator or they’ll call you back straight away. There was a team of cleaners that came out and they did a great job. The cleaners left my place spotless and I’m very happy with the vacate clean, they even did the air conditioning units as per my agent’s requirements. Thanks guys!

Never ever would I use this company again. I had them clean my airbnb while I was away. I came back to $500 plus worth of linen missing (I supplied my own linen for them to change up)I was charged for a bbq clean $70, bbq was not touched.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for anything.

This company quoted me and then on the day of called me demanding more money or they would not do the job (it was end of lease so they knew my hands were tied). I paid the money into the account they gave me, which was a males name and not the company. I have been asking for a receipt for weeks but nothing and I feel that they have pocketed the money. On top of this the job was bad quality and I had to go back and clean some walls and other deficiencies. I would not use this business. Despite talking to the owner and him promising to investigate, send me the receipt and get back to me with an explanation, there has been no communication. Would not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would.

This company is very reliable and easy to communicate with. I booked stream clean and window clean for my rental property. I was very impressed how the team worked efficiently to achieve the end result as being a rental property. Renters don't look after the property how it should be and make the lanldord pay out of pocket for things like this to have the property back on the market again.
