Very friendly service and staff. Staff and vet doc were very understanding and helpful. Offering a 24/7 service is a big plus.

Excellent service from the Vets, they looked after my Kiwi dog, she was in an entirely better mode upon leaving after her fight with a snake.Unfortunately, she now thinks it's an adventure where she gets pats and treats and cuddles in exchange for a little blood she gives the vets.Service was 10/10Will be coming back.

Absolutely Wonderful and cheaper than expectedAlthough our pup was critical on arrival, she survived and has made a full recovery. Only thing I can think off to improve their services; follow through with what you say on intake. Make those 2 calls a day to update the family.It was not expected our little girl would survive.

Tilly had her 6month review today and I couldn't be happier with Zack and the girls who looked after her. They always go above and beyond to make me and my senior girl comfortable.

Can be pricey but you know you're getting the best possible care. Been a few times now for emergencies. Staff are compassionate and understanding. Shout out to Dr Geoff for being so good to us and Ally this latest visit.

Dr. Katherine, Dr. Vicky and the incredible nurses at UQ have taken the best care of our beautiful GSD Jet this weekend.He is 10 years old and presented with multiple health concerns, all staff were compassionate, willing to perform diagnostics and determined to update us via phone on his progression despite how busy they are!We needed an urgent CT scan which the amazing call-out specialist team were able to perform on such short notice!Price was extremely reasonable considering the amount of work, advanced diagnostics and care these professionals put into our furry babies.Thank you so much Team, you have given us extra time with Jet and most importantly, made our big man comfortable & pain-free during this very hard time.We appreciate all your hard efforts & so does Jet!! ❤️

As a previous UQ Gatton student I felt comfortable taking my two cats displaying flu symptoms here. The students were kind and understanding, the vet was extremely knowledgable, gave me good information about their condition and stress levels, and explained all the options to me regarding worming and vaccinations. I was directed to buy some products online due to being cheaper. I appreciated the transparency. They really cared about the comfort of my cats, with a cat consult room with Feliway diffusers and a space in the back for cat patients. They advised me to bring them back for vaccinations at a later date to manage their stress and was given medication for next time. I was really happy with the low cost to look at both my cats. it took about an hour.

I am a regular due to my clutz of a Boxer. The team are always super friendly, thorough and will go above and beyond to help. It's of great peace-of-mind knowing they are there, ready to go for our inevitable next visit..

We brought down our little Dog. To find out what was wrong. Our local Vets couldn't find out what was wrong. We were at a loss of what to do until. We saw two Vets down at UQ. They worked out what was wrong with her within hours. Miracle worker. We finally had answers and a mangerable treatment plan. Love UQ Vets.
