Whilst it is a very poor time to sell cars, Shane Gibbons from CarNet made the smoothest, easiest, “get what you want” deal with being able to sell my car. Shane is a very down to earth, professional and efficient salesman. Would highly recommend to see Shane if you need to sell your car, he will get the job done!

Purchased a car in April. Everything was fine but on the first day of taking the car home, we noticed the 2nd spare key was different and was not the key for our car. We told our Salesperson in Smithfield about it straight away that day, and sent a photos to show that the 2 keys were completely different. He promised us so many times someone will call, warranty manager will call, his manager will call, but nothing happened, we even asked for compensation so we can get a second key made and never received a response. Just ghosted us completely. Unfortunately, we had to take this to fair trading to have this resolved. A very awful experience

I had a negative experience with CarNet Auctions when I purchased my MG car from them. Upon my visit there, I intended to purchase a black Toyota Camry. However, the sales representative, Tony, put forth a considerable effort and effectively convinced me to purchase a red MG 3 instead.Despite being promised a reliable and safe vehicle with a 7-year warranty, I encountered several issues with the car shortly after purchase.When I discovered that the spare wheel was damaged and unusable, and the wheels were attached in the wrong size, I attempted to reach out to the dealership for assistance. However, I was met with unresponsive customer service and a lack of attention to detail.Despite calling multiple times, I was unable to get any help from the dealership, and they stalled on fixing the issues with my car. It appeared that they were more concerned with the warranty period expiring than providing good customer service.While I was eventually directed to speak with the warranty manager, Mark, I was unable to get in touch with him and did not receive any help. This left me driving a car with a not working odometer, which put my safety at risk.I believe that CarNet Auctions lacks attention to detail, does not prioritize customer satisfaction or safety, and places a greater emphasis on profits than customer service. I urge anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy car dealer to consider other options. I hope that they will improve their customer service in the future to prevent others from experiencing similar frustrations.

CarNet is a great company to deal with and highly recommend them if selling or buying your car. Shane Gibbons was extremely helpful and professional, he explained the process clearly. He purchased my car for a decent price and the money was in my bank account the same day. If you are looking to sell without all the hassle give CarNet a call.
