A huge thanks Ryan for sorting out my blackout tonight! Ryan was amazing - he showed up so quickly, diagnosed the issue, explained everything really clearly and had my power back on in no time at all. If I hadn’t chosen to ring Hello Electrical I’d definitely still be sitting in the dark right now! Thanks also for being so great with my dog, who is always a bit of a brat to strangers.

Ryan was a highly professional and amiable electrical tradesman who took obvious pride in his work and completed the job to a very high standard. There were a few obstacles in completing this job, but he took all of these in his stride. I highly recommend him and am very likely to request his services again in the future.

Hello Electrical did an amazing job with my complex bathroom renovation which required new power points, lighting installation, light switch relocation, installation of an in-line exhaust fan, heated towel rails and an underfloor heating system. Jason was patient with my many questions and changes of scheduling whilst provided very helpful advice. Phil and his team who came to do the work were punctual, communicative, courteous and tidy and did an impeccable job including overcoming some obstacles along the way. I would have no hesitation using Hello Electrical again and recommending them to others.

Ryan was absolutely fantastic! Came out to do a few things and checked switchboard. Completed additional items and upgrade at the same time. Explained everything g so clearly. Excellent service.

Phil’s attitude from the get go was fantastic. Nothing was a problem for him. Great communication and was happy to speak to an electrician friend of mine to confirm what I wanted. Others that offered quotes made mention of how difficult the job will be for them and left me feeling despondent. One company’s quote was three times more expensive than Phil’s. Without doubt, Phil is the only sparky you should be calling. If only I could find a plumber called Phil. MM.

Nick was super responsive and responded to my query on a Sunday, I had the quote by Monday morning and the job was done by Wed arvo. Job was done to perfection and no dramas whatsoever. Great experience!

Ryan and his team came promptly to diagnose our problem when another electrician couldn't. They were polite and friendly, made the house safe and got everything working that could be fixed temporarily.Gave us quote for the full job, then followed through promptly and efficiently. At one point, we had 6 electricians on site making sure that our job was done on time, making up when site problems had delayed them.Thorough, professional, helpful, friendly. Did the job and cleaned up after themselves. They even promptly provided the paperwork for the insurance claim.

Jason and chad are the best of the best! Very well presented , efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable and very polite. For something that I thought wasn’t possible to do the boys figured a way to solve the problem Would highly recommend Hello Electrical for any electrical services. Ryan came out after a lightning strike caused massive power surge through our house. He is so friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to me so clearly. After accepting his quote, he was able to pull together resources and worked tirelessly to replace our main switch board and all components at very short notice so we could get power back on safely. After such a great experience and with his excellent knowledge on lighting, we proceeded to replace all the old lighting throughout our house. Again, he gave us excellent advice and made the decision-making easy. Some lights were incredibly high and difficult to reach but nothing was too much trouble. Ryan has also installed multiple new data points throughout our house to improve wifi signal. Ryan is the best electrician I have ever engaged and I cannot recommend Hello Electrical highly enough.
