In my opinion I found Julie to be unprofessional and rude not just to myself but also represented me to the other parties involved in the transaction quite poorly. In response to my original review on Google by rating this business as with a one star (and no comment) she responded by making a fake review against my business the following day which is in breach of the ACCC as she had never paid for or received services at my psychology practice. I only recently discovered this fake review against my business was Julie as she used an alias. Very unprofessional…in my opinion.
