We found this place earlier this year. Has the best burgers in Brisbane, is open untill 11pm every night and Bronte and the team are always ready to greet customers with a warm smile.

Absolutely disgusting, bacon was like jerky as pictured, my lettuce was the very core of 2cm? Chips were cold and unsalted, even the bun was cold.. whats the go?

Soul Brothers Burger Bar
Some of the best burgers I’ve had in Brisbane - simple and done really well. I had the bacon burger. Pattie was cooked fell and had great flavour, generous serving of streaky bacon, steamed bun and a great burger sauce. I know there’s been some criticism over the portion sizes but it’s nice to be able to grab a burger and fries and not to sleep all day after it.

Very quiet day. We were the only customers for an early weekday lunch. Had the basic burger and it was delicious. Cheesy fries were exactly that! Really cheesy.Simple items well made.Only thing I didn't like were the tiny plastic water cups. Let the place down as everything else seems well thought out and delivered.

A really nice place. Burgers, Hot Dogs and Shakes. The burgers are on the smaller size but I actually prefer it over large monstrosity burgers that you can get from a lot of places.The prices are very reasonable compared to many burger restaurants.Not a huge variety but a solid selection. Lettuce is expensive these days but you may as well not have put any on the burger for what came on it but it's not a big deal.A parking lot up the road with 3 hour free parking so makes it easy to stop by here.Overall it's a great experience and I'll be coming back many times

I'm new to the area and decided to walk with the kids and dog to go get lunch. Soul burger had a friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and they even supplied a bowl of water for the dog.The Dorito fries were a big hit with the kids.

GREAT new American style burger joint without the sickening American serving sizes! Really good portion sizes and priced to match. Two burgers, fries and two shakes set us back $42.50. Not to mention the awesome soul music they play - my fave genre! Looking forward to becoming a regular at Soul Brothers and trying everything on the menu.First time there, I had the southern fried Chicken Burger, my partner had The Standard beef patty burger. Both were tasty. The peanut butter milkshake was divine with its sweet and salty balance, and the Oreo milkshake is good for chocolate lovers.My partner loved the fries. I found them a bit dense compared to the fluffy (cheap?) fries I prefer, but still good.We sent the work kids there for lunch the next day and they came back with rave reviews. There are also hot dogs on the menu for anyone who ain't so keen on burgers.

Delicious and fresh burgers, served with tasty chips and coke in those old style retro steel cups with ice ! Oh my ! Best burger experience and helpful friendly staff. Service was very quick and the whole experience was very pleasant. I am definitely coming back here ! Can't wait.

Soul Brothers Burger bar does have soul, in the atmosphere of the place. It’s a very fresh place, in line with the times. Lots of seating in a great, bustling area at night. For the food, the double cheeseburger had a perfect bun, just the right size, with ample cheese and sauce. The patty itself was lacking the flavour. No flame taste, so I assume it was on the griddle, like fast food places. It’s a shame the burger didn’t have more quality meat to give it a better flavour. The sauce would save it for most people though. The double chicken burger was tender, and battered great, just lacking flavour also. The shakes weren’t as rich as most places. For the most part, I would go for the convenience and atmosphere, sorry Mr. Soul.
