Lovely veterinarians who genuinely care for your critter. My dog enjoys going to this vet. Would highly recommend their puppy preschool program, run by the puppy-savvy Madi, it is well thought out and very affordable. Madi was awesome at bringing dogs in who would benefit my puppy’s development and looked after him well.

Dr Emma the new owner is incredible! It was time for us to say goodbye to our old girl and she made the process so much more bearable. Even taking the time to explain things to my son, lit a candle and allowed us time. Can’t thank her enough for the wonderful caring service.

Just had my two cats in for procedure. Both are a bit difficult in terms of their needs, Gema is always awesome. Gives me the exact advise that is needed, both cats home and happy. Cannot say how awesome this practice is, so very happy to be able to have this practice local for my animals.

Went to see the new owner/vet today for my cat who has an eye infection, Dr. Emma was awesome and thoroughly checked him over and gave him antibiotics to help. Highly recommend and i will be returning in future for my other pets! 10/10!

No follow ups, no services offered, no reminders! No neighbour or pension discounts! 4.7k to go thru an agonising 2.5 months of my precious angels life being taken from me! Incorrect surgery, didn't save my soul mate! I've owned and loved 7 dogs in my life, nothing compares to porchè, nothing ever will!Now I struggle financially!Worst neighbours ever, messy property, no regard for locals at all!DONE

We have had a number of poor experiences with this vet clinic. One of our dogs and myself were attacked by a feral cat (that belonged to the clinic) in the lobby upon our first visit. Then after spending over $1k on an X-ray for our other dog, we were told that the X-ray machine couldn't penetrate deep enough to give us a result and that we could use their sister clinic for a more in depth X-ray. Might have been pertinent to explain before submitting our girl to anaesthesia and a hefty bill, that their x-ray machine wasn't up to scratch and we'd be better off using a clinic with an x-ray machine that could actually diagnose the problem (which turned out to be cancer). Also simple requests for emails to be sent to us/other vets were denied. A very disappointing service that we will not be using again!
