Portland Bus Lines

Pathetic front desk person! Got the kids off the bus and my daughter realised she left her deb shoes on the bus. Ran straight into town which takes us about 25min. Only to arrive at the bus depot 2 minutes before they shut. Only to see the front desk person see me pull up and run out the back. All I wanted was the shoes. No enquiry into the pathetic company. So not only did I not get the shoes. She also didn't have her deb shoes for the deb. So an absolute waste. Only cause one person couldn't take that 2 minutes I needed to grab the shoes off the bus. I could of told them what bus and had it resolved. Accept the front desk person couldn't take that 2 minutes. Just had to run out the back
