Best raw dog food, big dog. Great discounts for repeat customers

My 6mth old Puppy got 15kg of large breed puppy food then she went to the toy section and carried it to the checkout and then the car.Staff always greet her with smiles, cuddles and treats we've been coming here since her 1st day home.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. We unfortunately had a situation where we were scammed out of a pet for our daughter for her birthday. I frantically tried to find all the places that we could adopt a new family member from so we didn’t disappoint our kids little girl.I tracked down Beautiful lady, who informed me that there was a couple of kittens at this location and I could go down to check them out and see if our family were a great fitI asked would this be something that could be a possibility to be completed today due to our circumstances the lovely lady Sara said yes go down to see themFrom the moment I walked in the door I was met with accusations of this is not the process. This sound strange we’re not letting any cats go until the proper process is done completely hostile customer service.I’m sanding there in shock all I couldn’t think was wow maybe she’s had a bad dayShe continued to be hostile. Our store closes in 55 minutes. I’m not sure how that’s going to happen who’s going to interview youThen she saidRegardless of your situation I’m not letting any cat out the door until the process is done properly wow I’m like ok I haven’t even met the kitten I’m not demanding to run out the door just simply telly u who I spoke to and our situationwhat the !1 Kindness cost nothing2 if your job is to advocate for animals that wasn’t very welcoming3 We are absolutely ok with not being able to adopt let alone meet the kittens we drove down to see we new it was a long shot being able to fix the situation on New Year’s Eve but to be greeted with the level ofHostility I would never recommend this store to any of my friends or return for our animal products and I suggest you educate your staff in appropriate customer service

Friendly staff and great range

Took our elderly, nervous dog here for a wash/clip, and Sky was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and really went above and beyond to keep her comfy and reassured while still doing a fantastic job. Thankyou so much!

Booked our dog in on very short notice as we are travelling easy to book in was a little apprehensive, but the cut and groom was great. Service was terrific phone call to pick up and ready on time thank you very much cheers Len
