Unbelievable fantastic!! They made the most perfect domino’s pizza I ever had in Australia!! Even though it’s just $5 pizza, they still baked really good without burned and made the shape beautiful, can’t believe it!!!!

If I could rate 0 ⭐️ I would, James the. Young boy that works there is so rude picked up the phone and just said what can I get you with a bad attitude and didn’t help us with what we needed and gave false accusation when he said they couldn’t make the pizza we wanted, and then asked a different person and said it was a available.

Failed to display notice of surcharge for tap or credit transactions. This is an ACCC requirement, also has a fine for failure to do so FYI.Also increasing value range pizzas from $5 to $7, is an increase of 40%, so blaming inflation is a cop out, inflation of cheese, power etc is sitting at 7.7%. At least improve the amount of toppings or quality in line with your increase in fees.

I ordered pizza via delivery last night (I’m saying this with full understanding that workplaces get busy, I myself work in hospitality), but the delivery took over an hour after we ordered it. The original estimated delivery time was extended by over 30 minutes despite the app saying for those 30 minutes that the pizza was ready in store. As well as this, I specifically made sure that I put no pineapples on my pizza order, yet I still got them. Just read your orders please, it kinda ruined my night biting into a luke-warm pizza that took over an hour with pineapples still on it.

Worst pizza ever. Ordered 2 chicken pizzas on friyay deal. Received the two ham and pepperoni pizzas . Never going to this store ever. My order was cheesy crust and paid extra money for that, there was hollow instead of cheese. Guys, be serious in business. Why would you scam people?

Ordered 3 gf pizzasThe pepperoni was OK ishThe loaded supreme didn't know if it was BBQ chicken or Hawaiian... no sauce and only a small patch with cheeseThe mega meat lovers had a patch with meat, a patch with cheese and a small area of sauce and cheese.None were sliced and were burnt, when we tried to slice the crust disinterested.Absolutely atrocious and a waste of money. Never struck this at Toowoomba East store before.

Ordered 10 wings with no sauce and instead when I got the order it was missing one wing. Went back in and took them a good 5 plus minutes just to get one wing. I also let them know that the wing did not look like it was just oven cooked with no sauce but instead i was assured that it was the oven cooked. Tasted it and tasted like buffalo wings. They did not apologise but instead was told that they changed their seasoning on the wings and this is what the wings with no sauce taste like now. Which is a lie because I had ordered wings a few days prior the West Ridge joint and it did not taste anything like that. Over all terrible experience from food to customer service.

Picked up three thin and crispy pizzas! None of them were crispy (should be called thin and floppy). They were all cold. The supreme was missing bacon completely. As your prices go up, the quality is going down. Very disappointing.
