From the start to the end it was a horrible experience. Firstly I tried to contact this business on Instagram to organise a birthday cake for my son and was given a price but when I replied checking availability I did not get a reply back so I got my husband to call and he was told that there may not be availability but they would call him back the next day to advise. He received no return phone call so he called again the next day and was told they could fit our order in and to text the details of what we wanted which we did and didn't receive a reply. My husband then had to send another message asking to confirm the order and again didnt receive a reply so the next day he called 3 times with no answer. It wasn't until late the next day that he got a text saying the order was confirmed. My husband was quoted $70 and I was quoted $65 and we sent a photo of the exact same cake and amount of people. When we turned up to pick up the cake our order wasn't made. The way she said it made my husband and I think she was joking but she actually wasn't. She said she didn't make it because we didn't reply to her message where she replied saying order confirmed. She said she would whip one up and to come back which we did and the cake was ready. She honoured the cheaper price but had some basic excuse as to why we were quoted two different prices. The cake itself was nice but the icing was too sugary that most guests including kids couldn't finish their slice. Based on the whole experience I wouldn't order from here again

Loveleigh’s created our wedding cake for the 21/5/22. It was absolutely stunning. Everyone loved the creation but more importantly it was a total taste hit. So much so my new hubster and I were left with only a couple of pieces at the end of the night. I think we were lucky to get that. You won’t go wrong with a taste sensation from Loveleigh’s cakes.

We were recommended by a huge amount of people to this Cakery. First we bought some birthday cakes, and eventually we even got our wedding cake from here. Extremely friendly owner, extremely easy to work with when organising special cakes. Price is fantastic as well.. and best of all.. The cakes are delicious. Every cake we bought people went back for 2nd! Definitely the best Cakery in town!

Great range held within the shop of ready to go cakes, cupcakes and other goodies. Previously ordered custom made cakes and they have always been a winner with intricate designs achieved with ease, and they taste great!

It's apparent that Leigh has a passion for what she does & nothing is a problem.Leigh was able to squeeze in my order while visiting Cairns for a 50th Birthday cake. The cake was so beautiful that we didn't want to cut it. On top of the beauty of the cake it was delicious. Very impressed. Thanks for making my friends birthday so memorable.

My absolutely favourite cake provider in Cairns! I am totally addicted to Leigh’s buttercream and I love that she experiments with off-the-wall flavours. Last time I visited I bought a tub of offcuts mixed with buttercream and I absolutely love them. I am often surprised that the pricing is much lower than other cakeries and I know Leigh prides herself on providing an affordable product. Affordable, and delicious!

I haven't even picked up my cake yet, but I have to review the service I had on the phone. I don't have a Facebook account, so it's really tricky for me to do things where people say 'order over facebook or instagram'. I was half expecting that when I rang, she would be annoyed that I didn't operate on social media. When I called, Leigh was absolutely lovely! I've ordered a Star Wars themed cake for my son's birthday, and she took her time and explained the two cake layers, and was really really accomodating. I'm excited to see and EAT this epic cake.

Bought 2 cakes for my mum and her sisters 70th. They were gorgeous. Feedback from everyone else was the same. Ordering was all over messenger which was a bit weird but after she confirmed two weeks out I was confident. This however is not a bakery/shop front. Would highly recommend
