0 stars if I could.Dee Glass quoted on a job wanting 50% deposit. The deposit was paid then they decided they under quoted so wanted out. Returning the deposit was all they need to do apparently. So all customers beware as they are not trustworthy or stand by their quote. They can opt out but you can’t. Once they have your deposit I’m sure it would not work the other way.

We used Dee Glass to install some shower screens and new windows in one of our investment properties in Newcastle. We live outside of the area, so it was important that the glazier we chose was great at communication. Luke Dee was excellent in responding to our enquiry in a timely fashion and also just getting the job done with minimal fuss. We had our shower door installed today. The installer was very friendly. Even got down to pat my big dogs and it took him less than an hour. Dee Glass was super easy to deal with. Very professional and a grea price! Very happy. Thank you Dee Glass!❤️
