Same pissy attitude from sales woman and some picking staff. Used to use the brunswick store but when that closed down had to move on to the thomastown one. Slow and rude. Good selection though

The quality of this steel is really bad, always rusty and for some reason the staff are crazy rude for no reason at all.I use to go here as I was located near by but now realise I could have gone to Geelong and back by the time I grind all the rust off.Don’t wast you time or money here when there are so many good supplies around.

Nathan at Campbellfield lacks the bare minimum for customer service. First time i called to order ( give you business) i was met with rudeness ,i thought maybe he was having a bad day. The next time i called to check stock, same rudeness - unlike him i thanked him for his time and took my business elsewhere purely because - if you dont know how your employees treat their customers, then you dont care about your customers.

As for the negative below go and get a life guys., they have always been great people to deal with I attend the Campbellfield store each week at least 1-2 times. Perfect service and good staff. Talk to Suleyman. He is the man to get it right 100% of the time. Knows his stuff. The rest, don't worry about. Many times promised a call back with a price and never have. Thank God for Suleyman or else it would be a one star from me too.

Used to order large quantities of steel through work, went to get some materials for a personal job and was laughed at as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Rude attitude and now will make sure none of the steel we use at work is ordered through here again.
